Space for Humanity Strategy Sprint

As a very young NPO with early fundraising wins, Space for Humanity needed to establish itself as a thought leader in the emerging field of space tourism while developing sustainable, creative core operations able to consistently attract funds and talent, and deploy highly engaging and impactful programs.

An 8-week strategy sprint designed to help S4H quickly:

  • Articulate a long-term vision for impact
  • Frame key strategic objectives and measures of impact
  • Develop clarity and accountability in implementing the strategic plan
  • Provide an experienced strategic thought partner and coach for the Executive Director and Leadership team
  • Multiply S4H’s current communications and fundraising capacity with dynamic insights into the space tourism, leadership, and philanthropy sectors

Our work with Openfields has helped us see the limits in our own thinking and begin to generate ideas and alternatives to challenge and transform the status quo.
